NEW YORK — A suspect has been arrested in connection with last week's shooting of a Manhattan woman who was pushing her toddler in a stroller.

Police say 27-year-old Cody Ball is now facing attempted murder charges.

Police say he got into an argument with another man near Broadway and West 225th Street in Marble Hill last Friday.

He allegedly fired several shots, hitting the woman who was an innocent bystander.

She was treated at a hospital for her injuries.

The little girl was not hurt.
