A Bronx mother has been arrested after police say she slashed her two young children with a razor, and left them on the street.
Shanice Martin, 24, faces a number of charges, including 12 counts of assault, plus endangering the welfare of a child.
Authorities say she slashed her 2-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son on Washington and Brook avenues in Morrisania Saturday night.
They were found by two people who then notified police, authorities say.
The children were taken to the hospital and are expected to survive.
