BRONX, N.Y. - Police are looking for a man they say followed a man into a bodega and beat him until he was unconscious last week.

The NYPD says the two got into an argument before going into the store on Courtlandt Avenue and 152nd Street in the Melrose section of the Bronx.

It happened on January 1.

That's when they say the attacker pushed the victim to the ground and began punching him repeatedly until he lost consciousness.

He was taken to the hospital and treated for multiple facial fractures and internal bleeding to his brain.
