Latin Americans from all different backgrounds come together to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month in Corona.

Thousands of people took part Sunday in the Third Annual Carnaval de la Cultura Latina.

They sampled different foods and drinks native to Latin America.

There were also Latin American-inspired performances.

Organizer Jose Tejada says there are parades for Latin Americans of different backgrounds for Hispanic Heritage Month -- but this event brings them all together.

"It's open to everyone. As you can see we have many nationalities, many ethnicities," said Tejada.
