The Bowery Mission is asking for some help to fill its shelves.
The organization that feels and shelters homeless New Yorkers tweeted out a photo of almost bare and empty shelves.
The shelter says its in need of canned goods, sauces, pasta, rice and other food items.
Donations can be dropped off 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 227 Bowery in Manhattan.
