After almost a week since a 30-year-old man who was choked on board an F train died, many are still reacting to the incident.

Lance Clarke, an attorney at Hamilton Clarke, LLP and someone who knew Jordan Neely for many years, joined NY1 anchor Dean Meminger on Saturday to talk about his death.

Daniel Penny, a 24-year-old former Marine, put Neely into a chokehold.

City medical examiners determined his death was a homicide by compression of the neck.
