It is finally nice out in New York City, which means you need to be outside eating and drinking. Zagat editor Molly Moker shows us two places in Williamsburg where you can do just that. She filed the following report for NY1.

The Gorbals has been open in Williamsburg for a year now, and the restaurant’s large roof deck is still going strong for evening and all-day weekend fun.

Besides great views of Manhattan, guests can also enjoy a rotating selection of dishes from the kitchen, and movie nights.

“We have a projector that actually projects onto that giant wall over there onto a 30-inch screen. 30-foot screen, not a 30-inch screen. A 30-inch screen is this big," says chef Ilan Hall

Hall won season two of Top Chef, and although that was eight years ago, he still has the chops in the kitchen.

“We’re trying to keep things fresh. We are doing tons of cocktails up here, of course lots of rose. We’re actually contemplating getting a rose keg up here. Maybe a vending machine version,” he says.

A block away at the brand-new Diviera Drive, guests can have another type of outdoor dining experience: in a docked boat.

“It’s called El Dorado and people are going to rent that out to have dinner in it,” says Pedro Leon, Manager at Diviera Drive.  “Up to six people can eat up there. They have to book in advance.”

If you’re not one of the lucky diners to snag the prime spot, there’s still plenty for you at this Italian restaurant, deli and cocktail bar.

On the menu is chef Will Hickox’s simple, rustic Italian fare, which includes pizzas, pastas and seafood.

“So on your right you have carbonara, the seafood salad on the left, and then the pizza we have is sausage, which we make in house,” says Will Hickox, chef at Diviera Drive.

I love the simplicity of everything. It’s so great. It's just very refreshing.
