NEW YORK - The FDNY says they've received anonymous allegations of active or retired members being spotted at the deadly riots on Capitol Hill Wednesday.

The Deputy Commissioner for the FDNY says they have provided this information to the FBI.

This comes as many of those seen in viral videos and photos of the riots are being tracked down and arrested.

The Justice Department now says 13 people have been arrested and are facing federal charges.

Another 40 people face other charges in connection with Wednesday's Capitol Hill riot.

Thirty-six-year-old Adam Johnson has been arrested in Pinellas County, Florida. He was seen on video carrying House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s lectern during the breach and will face charges related to his role in the riots.

Arkansas' Richard Barnett was taken into custody Friday morning in Little Rock. Social media posts appear to show him posing at Nancy Pelosi's desk.

He's been charged with knowingly entering and remaining in restricted building grounds without authority, violent entry, disorderly conduct and theft of public property.
