NEW YORK - Police are searching for a man who slashed a 2-year-old boy in the face in Manhattan.
It happened Wednesday morning in Morningside Heights near West 110th Street and Morningside Drive.
Police say the man approached the toddler and cut him above his right eye with an unknown object.
The little boy is expected to be okay.
Police say the man fled the scene.
