QUEENS, N.Y. - Traffic pattern changes are coming to the Grand Central Parkway near LaGuardia Airport this weekend, and with it delays are expected.

Congestion near the airport on Thursday caused people to get out of their cars on the highway and walk to their terminals on foot.

The new traffic patterns are due to ongoing construction at the airport.

Starting Saturday, westbound exits 6 and 7 will be relocated.

For Terminal B access, drivers will use the new westbound exit 7.

For Terminal C/D access, drivers will use the new exit 6.
