They say the bodies of Chynna Deese and Lucas Fowler, were found along a highway in British Columbia on Monday. They were the victims of gun violence.

Deese's mother said she spent the last several years traveling the world. Until now, she never had any reason to worry.

Canadian police say they found the couple dead along Alaska Highway 97.

So far, it's too early to tell if the couple was targeted or if this was just a crime of opportunity.

The man seen speaking with Fowler on dashcam video footage on Highway 97 is described as Caucasian with darker skin and dark hair, shorter than 6'3", with a possible beard and/or glasses. The man may be associated to an older model Jeep Cherokee with a black stripe on the hood and a black light/bull bar with small, covered lights.
