A man was arrested Tuesday, accused of setting fire to Pride flags outside a Manhattan gay bar twice in the past few months.

Tyresse Singleton, 20, is being charged with a hate crime and arson.

Surveillance video showed a man, whom police said was Singleton, setting fire to a Pride flag outside the Alibi Lounge in Harlem early Monday morning.

The same thing happened there on May 31, a day before the start of Pride Month. That incident was also caught on surveillance video.

Officials said on one occasion the suspect burned the flag while people were inside.

No injuries were reported in either incident.
