After Gov. Kathy Hochul threw cold water on congestion pricing last month, the MTA announced it was moving ahead with plans to implement the congestion pricing plan, which will charge drivers an extra fee for entering Manhattan south of 60th St.

Bobby Cuza on “Inside City Hall” Thursday spoke about the benefits of the proposal with Alex Matthiessen, a longtime supporter and an adviser to the new coalition “Congestion Pricing Now.”

Matthiessen also explained the next steps in the process and earliest the city could see the plan implemented.
