Developers of a controversial residential project in Harlem, know as the One45, announced they were killing plans for the development after the project failed to gain support from the City Council.

The building, located at the corner of West 145th Street and Lenox Avenue, would have included 900 apartments across two towers, and 458 of the apartments would have been affordable housing units.

Bruce Teitelbaum, CEO and founder of RPG and the developer behind the One45 project, joined Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Friday evening to discuss the decision and his hopes that the future might bring a different result.
