Some voters in the Bronx were able to put ranked-choice voting to the test for two City Council special elections last month.

Eric Dinowitz won one of those races, the March 23 special election for District 11, which encompasses neighborhoods like Bedford Park, Kingsbridge and Riverdale.

Dinowitz won with 58 percent of the votes after all of the ranked-choice ballots were counted by hand.

He will be back on the ballot in June's primary and November's general election to earn a full two-year term.

Dinowitz joined Inside City Hall Wednesday to discuss his recent win and more.
