Outside a funeral home in Queens, a bunch of bikes lie on their sides. A couple dozen teens paid their respects for their 13-year-old friends who died last week.

“It’s sad. One day he’s here, the next, he’s gone,” said Wazer Ghanny, a friend of both teens.

Ryan Wong and Daniel Persaud died after a sandbar collapsed underneath them in Jamaica Bay on Friday.

They had been wading in the water. Three other boys were rescued.

“It breaks my heart,” said Ghanny, who knew Ryan since he was four.

He helped gather their friends to bike to Wong's wake and the five minute ride to Persaud's afterward.

“He’s always going to be in all our hearts,” said Ghanny.

The families will prepare to bury the boys later this week.

“Summer is just not going to be the same without [Wong]," said Ghanny, fighting back tears.
