Tom Wolfe, a pioneering journalist and author, has died. A son of Virginia, much of Wolfe's professional career was based in New York, the setting for his most-famous novel "The Bonfire of the Vanities" — a tough skewering of the city in the late 1980s. Our Josh Robin reports.
