Assistant Chief Kenneth Corey being named our borough's commanding officer comes on the heals of the announcement that previous commander Edward Delatorre had been promoted to Chief of the NYPD's Transit Bureau.  He sat down with NY1's Bree Driscoll to look back on his leadership of the borough and to talk about his new role.
