The Island's first dine-in movie theater is coming to the South Shore.

The new theater will be part of the Riverside Galleria Project.

The 55,000 square foot multiplex will feature a roof-top bar and reclining seats.

Movie-goers will also be able to enjoy scenic views and even foreign films.

"Luxury, Luxury, Luxury—that's what we're looking for. I mean, we're just trying to bring a little bit of Manhattan to Staten Island," said Gregg Scarola, Managing Director of Atrium Cinemas.

"It's nice and I am very excited to go and see the place," said resident Maria Teresa Lorenzo.

The theater is projected to be done by December of 2017.
