Pahlee was removed from his home in Jackson Heights in August after years of controversy.
He worked as a guard at the Trahneekee labor camp in Poland.
Pahlee immigrated to the U.S. illegally in 1949 under a law meant to help refugees from Europe.
He became a citizen in 1957, after lying about his role in the Holocaust.
A judge tried to deport him in 2004, but he stayed in the city for so long because no country would accept him.
