Car enthusiasts revved up their engines' to deliver presents to young patients on Sunday.

The East Coast Car Association held its 19th annual Toy Run in Queens over the weekend.

More than 100 cars and motorcycles, filled with toys, traveled from Forest Park to Bayside to meet with the children at St. Mary's Hospital for Children.

Organizers said that the car club's founder, Ed Walter, started the toy run after his kids were treated at the hospital.

After he passed away, the group vowed to keep his legacy alive.

The group said they also donated $15,000 to the hospital, this year.

Since 1999, the group said they have donated more than $168,000.
