ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A proposed hotel affected by a construction moratorium in the village of Pittsford is now off the table.

Village officials say the application to redevelop property at Schoen Place has been withdrawn.

The family behind Powers Farms owned the land and wanted to team with local developer Wilmorite for the project.

The plan was for a boutique hotel as well as a spa, restaurant and office space.

Wilmorite says there's no reason to leave the application pending when the village has uncertain zoning.

The company says it will continue to look at development options with the Powers family.
