NEW YORK - Part of Seventh Avenue was closed near Columbus Circle Wednesday morning after a private garbage truck jumped a curb to crash into a building.
Police say it happened at 3:30 a.m. along Central Park South.
The driver of the truck was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The Department of Buildings is on the scene and will inspect the stability of the building.
No other injuries were reported.
