NEW YORK - It's the last call for a longtime Washington Heights bar and restaurant.

The owners of Coogan's say they're being forced out by massive rent hikes.

Multiple reports say the building's landlord, New York-Presbyterian Hospital, is asking for $40,000 more a month.

The Irish pub and comfort food destination opened in 1985 and has been a neighborhood staple ever since.

Many famous faces have grabbed a bite there, including "Hamilton" creator Lin-Manuel Miranda and Hillary Clinton.

Owners tell NY1 they will close sometime in May.
