A case of Legionnaires' Disease is confirmed in Manhattan, less than one week after health officials said the outbreak in the Bronx was over.

New York Presbyterian hospital says a patient at its Weill Cornell Campus has Legionnaires' Disease.

The hospital says it is working with city and state health officials to determine where the patient contracted the disease.

Additionally, the hospital is taking several precautionary measures, even though the water supply came up clean for the bacteria when tested earlier this month.

Last week, the city's health commissioner identified the cooling tower on top of the Opera House Hotel as the source of the outbreak in the South Bronx, which sickened over 100 people, killing 12.
