NEW YORK — Charges are pending against three men after a shooting erupted in Midtown late Tuesday night.

Police say it includes two men who were shot themselves, along with another man.

All three victims, aged 19, 27 and 24, are in stable condition at Bellevue Hospital.

Investigators say it happened shortly before 11 p.m. on 38th Street between Fifth and Sixth avenues.

Police say there was some kind of dispute inside a nearby building which spilled outside.

Charges are also pending against a 17-year-old male who was not injured.

Police say three guns were recovered but it's unclear if they were loaded.

Sources tell NY1 the shooting may be gang related.
