BROOKLYN, N.Y. - The NYPD Hate Crimes Unit is investigating after two Jewish teens were assaulted in Brooklyn earlier this month.

Police say back on November 11 a group of five teen boys approached the two victims as they walked on Eastern Parkway and Albany Avenue in Crown Heights.

One of the teens knocked a Yarmulke off the head of a 14-year-old boy, then grabbed a fedora off a 15-year-old's head and threw it on the ground.

Police say both victims were dressed in traditional Jewish clothing.

No one was hurt and there have been no arrests.
