The confetti that will help ring in 2018 got a test run at the Hard Rock Cafe on Broadway.
It is made up of wishes from the Times Square Wishing Wall, where New Yorkers got a chance to write down their biggest hopes for next year.
3,000 pounds of the confetti will drop on revelers on New Year's Eve.
