The Prospect-Lefferts Garden Juice Bar "Island to Island" has recently expanded to become a brewery.

Just a few blocks away from the Q train, influences from Trinidad and other parts of the Caribbean Islands are found within the drinks the owners have created.

"We make a lot of beers that are influenced by the produce grown back home. And then of course the influence of our grandparents and how they used to brew," said Danii Oliver, the Owner of Island to Island Brewery.

The brewery's menu still has local favorites like the non-alcoholic Ginger Beer that acts like a probiotic and Kombucha.
