Loved ones gathered Friday to pay their respects to a bodega worker killed during an armed robbery.
A viewing was held at St. John Baptist Church in Brooklyn for 49-year-old Rafael Pujols.
Investigators say he was shot in the stomach at the Las Vegas Grocery Store Sunday night.
The shooter got away empty-handed and is still at large.
Pujols leaves behind a wife and three children.
"He was a great person. You could go in the store and say 'Oh my God, I forgot my money.' He'd be like 'just get it and come back later. Forget it.' And he'd be like 'I told you to get it.' And I'm like OK, and the next day I would return the money to him. But he was well respected and he's going to be truly missed," said customer Jasmine Campbell.
"He was a beautiful person. He'd give his shirt off his back. Very beautiful person," said customer Deborah Gomes.
Police are hoping surveillance video will help them track down the man they say is responsible.
They say he's about 6 feet tall, 275 pounds, and he appears to walk with a limp.
The Bodega Association is also offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the killer.
