A Nor'easter is rapidly developing off the east coast tonight. This storm will continue to bring the city periods of heavy rain. As it strengthens wind gusts will increase. Some wind gusts could reach up to 60mph. Areas of flooding have already been reported. With a saturated ground and increasing wind, we will likely hear about trees coming down in the overnight hours. Rain will then taper to spotty showers by early Monday morning and the wind will subside. A few lingering showers are possible the rest of Monday, otherwise it will be cool and windy with highs in the upper 50s. Right now our weather looks quiet very cool and breezy for Halloween on Tuesday. Our next chance for rain comes in the form of light showers on Thursday.

High Wind Warning in effect for the city until 6am on Monday

Various Flood Advisories are in effect this evening.

Flash Flood Watch is in effect until Monday morning.
