The Weinstein Company is now under investigation by the state's top prosecutor.

Attorney General Eric Schneiderman's Civil Rights Bureau issued a subpoena yesterday.

It calls for all documents on sexual harassment and discrimination claims within the company.

This comes after dozens of actors and co-workers accused Harvey Weinstein of sexual harassment — and in some cases — sexual assault.

He was fired earlier this month and also kicked out of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Weinstein has denied any criminal behavior.
