ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A landmark restaurant in downtown Rochester is closing after a nearly 20 year run.

2-Vine on Winthrop Street posted a message on its website saying it's unable to reach an agreement for a lease extension.

Owner Jerry Serafine decided to close the restaurant, saying his recent health concerns were a contributing factor in the decision.

Serafine thanked 2-Vine's Chef Pawl Kane, as well as his other staff and the community for their support.
