A low pressure system off to our west pushed a great deal of clouds and rain through the area on Saturday, and temperatures were at above-normal levels for the fifth time in the last six days.

A mix of sun and clouds are in store for tomorrow, Christmas Eve, and winds will be on the light side.

On Christmas day, we could see a few rain or snow showers during the early-morning hours, but, skies are looking brighter for the afternoon. The only downside is that it will be turning windier, with gusts of over 30mph possible throughout the day.

Some colder air will then settle into the area late Tuesday, and stay in place through next weekend. Afternoon highs will only be in the upper 20s and low 30s, so, be sure to bundle up. Conditions are looking dry for the most part, but, we could see some snowflakes next Saturday.
