Repairs at F train stations in Brooklyn are taking longer than expected, causing a headache for straphangers.

Manhattan-bound trains have been bypassing five stations along the line since last May, though repairs were supposed to be completed early this year.

The MTA says that's because crews had to do more structural repairs than expected.

"You kind of have to factor in this time of going back to get to work on time, and it's just very inconvenient," said one F train rider.

There has been no Manhattan-bound service from the Avenue I, Bay Parkway, Avenue N, Avenue P and Avenue U stations.

They are expected to fully reopen by mid-July.
