NEW YORK — In this campaign cycle, Democrats will have a total of 13 mayoral candidates to choose from when they vote. Foldenauer joined anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” on Wednesday evening to talk about his campaign, including his plans to reform the appearance of police officers, for a bicycle “super highway” and for a longer school year.
