QUEENS, N.Y. — Three men are facing robbery and conspiracy charges after prosecutors claim they stole nearly $300,000 in a heist at Aquaduct Racetrack in Queens.

The indictment claims Lamel Miller, Khaleel Williams, and Lafayette Morrison — who was a security guard at the racetrack — planned the robbery in advance.

It happened back on March 7, 2020.

Court documents say the robbers pointed guns at two security guards and another worker who were transporting the money.

The employees were forced into a room and told to hand over the cash.

Nobody was hurt during the robbery.
