  • Prosecutors say Kelly is the brother of a former NYPD officer, and allegedly sent a message to friends that he would "be with ex NYPD" on the day of the siege

  • Samuel Fisher, who feds say also goes by the name "Brad Holiday," was also arrested, with weapons seized from his vehicle

According to investigators, Kelly, who's the brother of a retired NYPD officer, posted pictures and messages on social media before, during and after the attack.

In the days leading up the siege, he allegedly told friends, "I’ll be with ex-NYPD and some proud boys. This will be the most historic event of my life."

The New City, Rockland County resident was released without bail Thursday.

Prosecutors are also building a case against Samuel Fisher, who was arrested on the Upper East Side Wednesday.

The FBI seized a semi-automatic rifle, bulletproof vest, and ammunition from his SUV and pulled images from his social media accounts where he also posts under the name "Brad Holiday."
