NEW YORK - The Empire State Building Observatory is set to reopen on Monday, July 20th. 

The $165 million dollar renovation of the observatory wrapped up in December.

Crowd size will be limited to 60 percent on the 86th and 102nd floors.

The observatory will be open from 8 a.m to 11 p.m. with timed, online reservations only.
