A fire inside a senior care facility in the Bronx left at least two people seriously injured Saturday, according to the FDNY.

The blaze started on the third floor of the Our Lady of Mercy Manor, located at 644 E 232 Street, officials say. The facility houses low-income elderly New Yorkers from the Bronx.

Both victims have been both taken to area hospitals, The FDNY confirmed.

The FDNY said the blaze was put under control by around 6 pm.
