NEW YORK - Police are asking for help tracking down the person who drove a car into a man and his son in Harlem last week.

It happened on November 6 on West 112th Street near St. Nicholas Avenue in Harlem.

Surveillance video shows a BMW sedan jumping the sidewalk and mowing down the man and his eight-year-old son.

The car pushed the victims through an apartment building's gate.

Police say the driver then slashed the father's face with a knife while a passenger acted as lookout.

The victims were taken to the hospital and are expected to be ok.
