NEW YORK - City health officials say some Long Island Railroad riders who passed through Penn Station recently could have been exposed to measles.

They say a passenger with the virus traveled between the Mineola station and Penn Station on September 11th and 12th.

On September 14, the person traveled between Jamaica and Hempstead, with a stop at Penn Station.

Mayor Bill de Blasio declared an official end to the citywide measles outbreak earlier this month but said the health department would continue to monitor for the virus.
