BRONX, N.Y. - City health officials are investigating two cases of Legionnaires' Disease in the Bronx.

Both patients are residents of the Tracey Towers in Norwood.

The development's water system is now being evaluated.

Tenants have been advised of the situation.

The Health Department says they can still consume the water.

Residents over 50 and those with chronic lung disease or weak immune systems should take extra precautions.

They are urged not to take showers, since it could create water vapor.

Symptoms of Legionnaires' Disease include fever, cough and difficulty breathing.
