As the city prepares to mark 18 years since the September 11th attacks, Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance sits down for an exclusive interview with Pat Kiernan.

Vance says prosecutors at all levels of government need to change the way they think about terrorism cases.

"There has been much in the last six months reporting and discussion about white supremacists, and terrorism attacks by radically right individuals," Vance said. "They are terrorist attacks, they may be terrorist attacks, but they may not be viewed or treated as a terrorist attack."
