NEW YORK - Police have identified one of two people they say are responsible for a string of armed robberies in the city this month.

Investigators say 31-year-old Brandon McDonald is wanted in connection with 13 robberies throughout the city over the course of 16 days.

The most recent incident happened Saturday.

Authorities say the duo pulled a gun on three men in Greenwich Village, and stole $21,000 worth of jewelry and smart phones.

Police say they fled the scene in a red Ford Mustang on several occasions.

In total, the duo has allegedly made off with over $60,000 in cash, jewelry and electronics.

No one was hurt in any of the incidents.
