An alleged drunk driver injures three NYPD officers and damages multiple cars while attempting to flee police in the Bronx.

Officers say they spotted the car driving recklessly on Hunt's Point Avenue near Bruckner Boulevard just before one this morning.

When cops tried to stop the car it drove off, turning onto a nearby street, rear ending a police car, and almost hitting a cop who was issuing a summons to another vehicle. Investigators say that cop had to jump out of the way.

The car kept going and hit another car before crashing on Bruckner Boulevard service road.

The driver was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. The passenger in the out of control car was eight months pregnant. She was treated for a cut on her leg.

Two officers were treated for back and neck pain and another cop was treated for injuries from shattered glass.
