Some parts of the city is experiencing scattered downpours and that's forcing some Pride events, including Pride Island, to be evacuated.

NYC Pride sent out a tweet informing the public of the evacuation.

Pride Island on Pier 97 and Youth Pride in Central Park were both evacuated until the weather clears.
