NEW YORK - A Bronx man is dead after a shooting inside a Harlem deli Monday night.

It happened just after 7 p.m. at the Funfair Deli on Lenox Avenue near 137th Street.

Investigators say an argument led to 29-year-old Leroy Phinazee being shot in the neck and shoulder.

He was taken to an area hospital where he died.

No arrests have been made.
