An MTA timekeeping clock is vandalized for the second time in a week and now an investigation is underway by the NYPD and the MTA inspector general.

This clock at the MTA's 38th Street Train Yard & facility in Brooklyn was discovered with a smashed screen.

Earlier this week, a new biometric timekeeping clock at the LIRR Jamaica Station had a wire cut. The inspector general called it sabotage.

The vandalism comes as the MTA is attempting a crackdown on excessive overtime.

In April, reports showed overtime payments at the MTA had a $418 million increase last year.
