BROOKLYN, N.Y. - Police have arrested the man suspected of attacking workers with a hammer at a Brooklyn restaurant Tuesday that left one man dead.

The attack happened at the Seaport Buffet on Emmons Avenue in Sheepshead Bay.

Police say the man hit three workers before running off.

It's not clear if he knew the victims.

"He seemed to be not normal, sick you know? He needs help," said one witness.

"We were like. 'Oh my God.' He's running around, lock the door and that's what we did. We locked the door because we didn't know where he was. Nobody was getting in the restaurant," said another witness.

The man who died has been identified as 34-year-old Fufai Pun.

The other two victims are listed in critical condition at the hospital.
